In order to allow the finalization of the articles of the regulatory framework relating to traditional knowledge, a methodology for identifying and classifying traditional knowledge associated with genetic resources has been developed. The study focused on two pilot regions and resources with high potential for valorization, which also made it possible to produce a secure database for information on this traditional knowledge.
