Conducted in particular for the benefit of researchers and users of genetic resources, this study was inspired by the recommendations and regulations of OMPIC and the laws in force in Morocco on the registration of intellectual property, to inform potential users of genetic resources to register patents and other forms of intellectual property relating to the particular uses of genetic resources. This guide also made it possible to better define, in the relevant implementing texts and the APA contractual models annexed to the legal framework, the effects on the conditions for granting access permits to access Moroccan genetic resources.
